I am a confident person with excellent communication skills I calm and have a methodical and analytical approach. I work with my team members to help them work better together and enjoy teaching staff new skills to develop them more into the business. If they are a strong individually then as a company we will only operate at an exceptional level. I am seeking a new role where I can be challenged and engage in a business to keep pushing my abilities whilst being a key member of the business.I am currently enjoying leading the project of our new ERP system DrinkIT from Norriq, it's a Microsoft Navision system, whilst managing our Production and day to day logistics and administration of the brewery. My time at the Hogs Back Brewery has been an enjoyable and challenging as I have grown in the role whilst also experiencing growth and change within the business. I was offered the role at the brewery with the view of easing the transition from the existing Trade Manager who was moving on.
