As the lead project manager for a growing remote-first team, I led two primary efforts: the first was to develop a project management structure for our team and the second was to lead the redesign of our online new hire training curriculum so that it could launch alongside Year Up’s new LMS, Degreed. This new project management system ultimately supported the development of over 200 training modules and resources in 2017 and enabled us to build and launch our online new hire training curriculum alongside the Degreed LMS in nine months. We reduced our online new hire training from 20 to 5 hours, and this curriculum was launched during a year when Year Up grew by 60 percent, reaching 350 new staff. Show less
