Achieved this ahead of all other national suppliers.Scoped, designed, planned, managed and delivered an integrated health and social care record at Bradford City Council on time and within budget, managing a multi-organisational project team as the sole BA.Developed requirements across a broad spectrum of specialities and variety of disciplines when influencing a Trust CIO and CCIO to define a digital transformation programme at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust.Delivered an integrated eObs mobile application at Airedale Hospital through the discovery/alpha/beta/live phases, re-engineering the escalation process. Resolved critical gaps and issues when identifying areas of improvement in the SystmOne secondary care product, identifying and researching where new technologies could be implemented during the discovery phase.Presented proposals in written and verbal formats to potential customers including NHS Trusts CIOs and international government department heads, demonstrating the benefits of the product as well as formulating deployment plans and project plans.
