ProjectThe project involves providing Quality Assurance support for ETS (Enterprise Technology Services) suite of Applications for Apple Inc. These Applications are business enablers for Apple for generating revenue from selling their products. The framework is a proprietary Infosys tool developed for our esteemed client Apple Inc. The framework will leverage application specific features like parallelization, object libraries, inheritance, reflection, dynamic asserts, automatic customized report generation and data consistency with the existing infrastructure like Jenkins, RADAR and iOS Apps.Responsibilities1) Drive the analysis of the Business Requirement Document and Functional Document Specification and to participate efficiently in the Development and testing phases of the project.Requirement Understanding and Translation to the test plan specification and creation of Traceability Matrix.2) Interact with Client to discuss Traceability Matrix to analyze the Test Planning and Test Coverage.3) Develop test script code using knowledge of relevant technology as per design specifications and document artifacts and the features of ETS QA Java Reflection Based Framework proprietary tool of Infosys Ltd.4) API Testing using XML , DB Testing by integrating SQL queries to the automation scripts.5) Prepare estimations, release plan and road map for future releases6) Resolving complex technical and functional issues faced by the team during any stage of Development and Testing7) Knowledge management by documenting and sharing own learning from multiple modules of the project, seeking information and leveraging knowledge from other projects in order to drive better re-use and higher effort productivity.8)Defect Management and Metrics.Reporting post Production Releqase along with post mortem report creation.
