Trained the employees in the Child Support Agencies throughout the state of Wisconsin on how to use the Kids Informational Data System, an Extra! mainframe system that had been implemented statewide. Held training classes and also provided one-on-one training. Followed up with documentation testing and rewriting after the system was implemented.

Trained the employees of Wisconsin Electric on how to use SAP software that the company implemented in 1996. Responsible for training the end-users on the Financial modules of the software, but was familiar with the total scope of the package. Revised and enhanced all facets of the CBT and the SAP documentation.

Technology Coordinator for this school. Maintained a small network and provided computer support for the entire school and faculty. Gave in-service classes where I taught various software packages. Also taught Computer Skills and Applications and seventh grade English. Most recently taught Desktop Publishing, Word Processing and Telecommunications, which included use of the Internet.
