I thoroughly enjoy helping the environment in any way I can. • While acting as the operations manager for SOD Builders, I was able to departmentalize the company and provide clear job descriptions for each employee and their duties. • Most recently, I created a Client Success Department at SOD Builders Inc. which has improved our client satisfaction by 26%.
