Gulf Experience:I started my career with the Hospitality Industry - Ramee Group of Hotels & Resorts - Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 1997.I Joined them in the capacity of " Accounts Executive" in April 1997. In early 1999, I was promoted to the position of "Night Auditor".In the year 2000, I was promoted to the position of "Chief Accountant" which I held till September 2007.I worked with the Ramee Group of Hotels and Resorts - UAE for a period of 10+ years.In June 2008, I got an opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing Construction Companies in Doha, Qatar - Construction Development Contracting and Trading.I joined this Company in June 2008 and worked with them in the capacity of "Human Resources and Administration Manager" up till March 2016. ( 8 years) Amazing Organization to work with.Indian Experience:I joined Deshpande Foundation - Hubli, Karnataka in the position of Human Resource Manager.Deshpande Foundation is India's largest skill development Organization (NGO).I had an amazing experience working with this NGO.I recently worked with Sankeshwar Minerals Pvt Ltd in Hubli, Karnataka State - India, in the position of Head of Human Resources and Talent.Presently, I am looking out for opportunities on par with my experiences in India and the Gulf Region.Thanks & Regards,Allen David.
