Case Manager Supervisor
Current• Maintains online case records in accordance with corporate standards ensures all case documentation is legible, accurate and complete paper and digital files• Trained employees in company and regulatory compliance • Review contracts and agreements to make sure they follow company policy and guidelines• Help design, develop and fine tune procedures used by the staff• Create training systems for staff to evaluations, feedback, support and manage program deliverables and outcomes for executive board members• Workload includes interviews for hiring staff, training and onboarding, mentorship for junior roles and uphold standards in best practices, policies and procedures• Provide case guidance and assessment as needed to case managers.• Participate in workshops, seminars, education programs and other events for growth and development
