As a core member of the Leading for Impact® coaching teams in Chicago and Detroit, I facilitate group training and provide tailored coaching on strategy and leadership topics to help strengthen top non-profits.

As an associate partner on Bellwether's Strategic Advising team, I served as a project manager and team leader for engagements with a range of education nonprofits, school districts, charter management organizations, foundations, and early-stage startups. During my tenure at Bellwether I served several clients over multi-year time horizons from strategic plan development up through org-wide implementation, and on two occasions I have served as a client's interim Chief of Staff.Representative clients include curriculum providers (Amplify, EL Education, Great Minds); school districts (Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, Richmond Public Schools); foundations and venture philanthropy organizations (Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Achieve Atlanta, the Drexel Fund); charter management organizations (Harmony Public Schools, Lake Wales Charter Schools), and advocacy organizations (National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, Deans for Impact).

The Noble Network serves nearly 10% of Chicago's high school students and is recognized as one of the highest performing charter networks in the country. As a math teacher at the Rauner campus, I planned and executed daily lessons for 180 students, analyzed their progress, and adjusted curriculum as necessary. In addition, I worked to increase the school's use of technology and supported a wide range of student needs by creating personalized learning plans through Khan Academy, an interactive learning platform.

At BCG, I partnered with healthcare and consumer goods clients on range of projects including growth strategy, marketing and sales, and organizational effectiveness. Served as project lead on several engagements and coached new associates on how to set up analysis, write effective slides, and communicate with clients. In addition, I interviewed candidates at Kellogg and Ross and served as BCG's global lead for MBA recruiting at University of Michigan.

Led six-person team through design and launch of area-wide online interim assessments for 11,000 students in math, reading, and science. Created dashboard and self-populating reports to show performance and growth trends and delivered professional development to teachers and administrators.

Developed client relationships, created project plans, and managed teams of associates while building expertise in marketing strategy and sales forces effectiveness. Created robust customer segmentation models, designed surveys, and conducted 300+ interviews with healthcare professionals across several therapy markets. Taught courses in survey design, effective interview moderating, PowerPoint, and Excel to 200+ firm employees.
