Led strategy and execution within Corporate Communications, including Lines of Business and company-wide initiatives, Social Responsibility.With SunTrust since 1994, held positions in Corporate HR, Retail Banking, Corporate Strategies, and since 2002, Corporate Marketing.

Led rapid immersion and scalable growth strategy for consumer engagement and client service via social media, including leadership of cross-functional internal and agency teams to develop platform from concept to launch. Created integrated marketing plan including research, segmentation, creative concepts, strategic and content partnerships, blogger and influencer relationships, production, media plan and lead generation. Managed agency relationships (advertising, digital, internal communications).

Led field marketing, B2B and B2C marketing efforts in GA, SC, and TN. Responsible for meeting revenue goals and improving client experience across all consumer and business lines for 1.5MM households and 400M business clients serviced via a 500 office organization.
