Administrative Project Assistant
Current• On board new employees with technology: create account in Active Directory and O365, set up managed cellphones, computers, etc. • Maintain knowledge of company software, hardware and network, resolve problems with equipment.• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable• Create, maintain and update customer files, including owner changes, installed or removed equipment, etc.• Manage vehicle fleet technology (GPS units and software) and company issued fuel cards• Directly assist VP and HR with miscellaneous projects by researching, tracking and predicting progression
