• Accounts receivable manager (Sage50) o creating and distributing invoices o receiving and recording payments• Recording bank transactions• Permit acquisition (Fuel tax & street lane closures/ parking)• Answering phones• Generating sales reports• Administrative support to senior staff• Coordinate for hiring and training new administrative staff• Act as back up for other administrative positions o Accounts payable  Logging incoming invoices  Organizing payment schedule for payables  Create and mail out cheques for invoices  Payroll: recording of hours & data entry
