My responsibilities include keeping all external employees compliant within state and federal healthcare laws and policies, keeping up with changing healthcare laws and policies, maintaining constant communication with external employees regarding their credentials, maintaining relationships with clients, conducting orientations and trainings, and helping maintain office organization and daily operations. I also have become proficient in payroll policies and practices by processing weekly payroll.

My responsibilities included customer service and company organization. I was head trainer, which included training new hires along with being a major part of their development within the company. I was also put in charge of several aspects of the business including making the weekly planning, heading the recycling program, tracking store efficiencies when it comes to tasks such as processing truck shipments and sales goals. I traveled to other stores across the country to help teams open new stores and trained in visual merchandising. I was also put in charge of a committee to enhance the employee experience to maintain high morale and satisfaction within the work culture.

I was responsible for handling cash transactions, and studying and being knowledgeable about the process of growing, producing, brewing, and crafting coffee drinks. I was also charged with creating a positive customer experience for each and every customer, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also handled bank deposits and helped manage and distribute tip wages to coworkers. I had to learn and adhere to food handling regulations.
