-Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data through phone calls, job referrals, and social media-Investigate job referrals, assigning credit to appropriate Sales Marketing Representatives when necessary, updating system to reflect new clients, and updating existing information for current clients-Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed -Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership-Plan and manage Continuing Education Classes, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts-Create ideas for marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company's brand-Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns-Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team as a resource for Sales and Marketing Representatives who need assistance with completing projects

-Prepare dockets or calendars of cases to be called-Record case dispositions, court orders, and arrangements made for payment of court fees as well as collect court fees or fines, and record amounts collected-Explain procedures or forms to parties in cases or to the general public as well as answer inquiries from the general public regarding judicial procedures, court appearances, trial dates, adjournments, outstanding warrants, summonses, subpoenas, witness fees, and payment of fines-Prepare and issue orders of the court, including probation orders, release documentation, sentencing information, and summonses-Prepare documents recording the outcomes of court proceedings-Search files, and contact witnesses, attorneys, and litigants, in order to obtain information for the court-Prepare and mark all applicable court exhibits and evidence as well as follow procedures to secure courtrooms and exhibits such as money, drugs, and weapons-Read charges and related information to the court and record defendants' pleasSwear in jury members, interpreters, witnesses, and defendants as well as to conduct roll calls, and poll jurors-Work with judges, lawyers, parole officers, police, and social agency officials in order to coordinate the functions of the court
