Strategic development of pastoral care in the Juniors, including overseeing and updating the positive implementation of the Juniors Behaviour Policy, in collaboration with the Director of Boarding and Head of Juniors // Engage with teachers in a supportive capacity as part of the whole school to ensure excellence in pastoral care // Working as part of the Juniors Leadership Team to manage the strategic approach and day-to-day running of the Juniors // Key link between school leaders, parents, teachers, house parents, DSL and other relevant parties in relation to students’ wellbeing // Lead whole school initiatives to develop student wellbeing, including raising standards and promoting a positive growth mindset through core values // Delivery of Parent Workshops to enhance and develop the role of parents as partners in their child’s learning // Planning, preparing and delivering active and engaging lessons (British National Curriculum / International Primary Curriculum) // Resident House Tutor.
