1. Responsible for handling recruitment of experienced professionals for two of the most critical and volume centric units in TCS East – Retail UK and Nielsen. 2. Hands on experience in sourcing, recruiting professionals of 2 to 16 year experience range across different verticals and skills. 3. Responsible for developing strong relationships with stakeholders in order to assess needs, develop and present proposals, provide market intel, drive strategic collaborations to fulfill manpower requirements. 4. Possesses strong negotiation skills with regards to management of both external and internal customers of TCS. 5. Associated with various employee engagement activities such as COVID Connect.
