QA Test Manager having 17 + year’s rich experience in Software Testing, Test planning, Project Delivery Management. Rich experience in hosting Project Meetings e.g. Proposals, Planning, Test Status reporting etc. Have hands-on rich experience and expertise in designing automation framework using Selenium, Protractor, Postman, SoapUI, JMeter & Rest Assured automation testing tools.Roles and Responsibilities:• Managing 25+ QA team members (Automation, Manual & performance) to plan, execute, and report on all QA activities across the entire project.• Lead and oversee the overall QA strategy, aligned with organizational goals• Establish QA processes, policies, and standards in accordance with industry best practices • Ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements through release• Experience in hiring, onboarding, training and developing teams, and in managing teams involved in various types of testing, both manual, automation, Performance & security testing.• Implement tools and processes for requirements management, test management, defect tracking, etc.• Define quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of QA processes• Oversee creation and execution of test plans, test cases, RTM automation scripts, etc.• Manage QA resources, schedules, and budgets for on-time delivery• Coordinate with development, product management, and project teams on quality efforts• Drive continuous improvement of the QA function based on metrics, retrospectives, and feedback• Provide QA expertise and guidance to resolve technical issues and mitigate risks• Ensure traceability and compliance to regulatory/audit requirements as applicable• Manage vendor relationships for any outsourced QA services• Responsible for reviewing the Automation/Performance Test script written by team members. • Responsible for the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
