I am passionate about the knowledge I'm acquiring at school. Learning about Lean principles has completely changed my life. Lean has taught me to focus on more than the task at hand, to look deep within oneself and make sure I have a Lean mindset and mentality to continually improve. I have always been motivated by the innovation engineers make on all types of vehicles. I'm so excited to one day join forces with the many talented and capable engineers. Having experience with door-to-door sales for the past 6 years, I have come to develop a mindset that anything is possible without being a "yes man." I am able to overcome objections and as a result, am able to construct solutions that are specific to each individual and/or task. I understand that sometimes we need to find solutions to problems while thinking "inside the box," meaning, that I am able to find solutions to problems given certain parameters. I love speaking with and meeting new people. As a Lean thinker, I know that the knowledge of many is better than the knowledge of one, and so I love working with others. I am a great team member who contributes greatly. I look forward to working with and learning from the great minds of our generation.
