Supervise the FH-FMFO Maintenance Support Operations (MSO) Section. The MSO is a multifaceted multiple commodity operation consisting of Standard Army Maintenance Information Systems (STAMIS), Production control, supply, property/HR, and budget sections all in support of FH-FMFO consolidated maintenance in three physical locations. Serve as the CECOM LCMC point of contact for FH-FMFO MSO. Ensures Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) are in place and ensures SSAMO and SAMS-E personnel are fully trained in Global Combat support System-Army-(GCSS-A) TTPs and maintain certification. Manage the supply section involving inventory and control purchases, credit card reviews, supply issues, and administrative supply support for the FMFO. Plans and schedules supply operations, plans and prioritize projects. Manage the Production Control section. Manage the daily work order control operation. Subject matter expert (SME) and Supervisor over the production control section. Serves as the CECOM FMX Government Purchase Card (GPC) cardholder responsible for up $100K monthly expense limit in support of CECOM equipment and Sustainment using GFEBS. Develops performance standards and routinely reviews job descriptions of subordinates for currency and accuracy. Provide solution to work problems. Identifies development and training needs, informal and formal, of employees. Hears and resolves complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher-level supervisor or manager. Performs the duties as Logistics Manager for the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground. Responsible for reporting current actions and problems through weekly read-aheads to Division Chief. Provides technical input in all areas of supply management. Responsible for TDA, DRMO documentation, TMDE classification, stock control and servers as CIP coordinator. Provides support in the area of Property Book input. Serves as EPG's Equipment Manager ensuring all equipment is recorded in the proper documentation and that usage reports are up to date. Reviews contractors performance necessary for the accomplishment of the EPG mission.

Extensive knowledge of supply, maintenance and transportation management techniques and concepts applicable to re-supply, repair, overhaul, retrofit conversion, modernization, and rebuild of assigned Left Behind Equipment(LBE). Logistical Advisor for an 11 Soldier Border Transition Team (BTT) assigned to advise the Basra Training Academy and 1st Commando Battalion, 4th region of the Iraqi Department of Border Enforcement (DBE) on wheeled vehicles and power generation systems. Acted as Primary Hand Receipt Holder/ Commander and team Unit Movement Officer for Border Transition Team with equipment valued in excess of seven (7) million dollars. Advised partnered Iraqi supply and maintenance sections in all aspects of logistics, maintenance, equipment accountability, food service management, and supply forecasting. Defined and documented current and long-range logistics resource requirements for Team. Conducted Key Leader Engagements (KLE) with the supply, transportation and maintenance officers to review, enforce and recommended changes to shop safety programs, supply procedures and tool accountability. Enforced and trained Iraqi counterparts on preventive maintenance procedures and service programs of equipment and facilities to ensure safety compliance and fulfillment of mission requirements. Reviewed and adjusted maintenance procedures to keep partnered unit equipment and vehicle fleets fully mission capable.

Brigade Maintenance Technician provided direct and indirect administrative and technical supervision to a platoon of approximately 36 soldiers and their families with the responsibility for oversight of a wide range of maintenance services to include dispatching, parts management, and quality and production control. Collected and processed Army Material Status System (AMSS) data for the Brigade. Planned, organized, and executed field maintenance of tactical ground equipment, communication equipment, intelligence equipment, weapons, power generation devices, air conditioning systems and a vast array of associated ground support equipment, to four battalions and other tenant units on Ft Huachuca. Supervised the accomplishment of maintenance for over190 primer movers, 1500 weapons, trailers, Directs the organization’s Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) program and power generation systems; directly responsible for over 4 million worth of property and 350,000 annual budget; managed, monitored and reports Brigade OR rate; recommended and advised maintenance procedures to the HHC Commander. Coordinated qualitative and/or quantitative assessments to make recommendations on the effectiveness of logistics program operations. Coordinated and articulated in developing plans for new equipment test and evaluation, maintenance concepts, inventory management, manpower, and personnel, training concepts, technical data, computer resource support, transportation, provisioning, and technical publications.
