CurrentI provide second and third-tier IT support, as well as install and update software and hardware for the Health Department of São José dos Campos, Brazil.My current professional occupation is Healthcare IT. I assist in defining computational solutions for process improvement, generating and updating the knowledge base to optimize the use of IT resources. I create images on new equipment using Acronis software.I participated in the implementation and approval of private cloud software for various healthcare applications, including self-service, mini-PC queue management, reception control, electronic patient records, biometrics, COVID vaccine management, blood collection for laboratory tests, x-ray test results, ticket management, printing management, and others.I work in a high-pressure environment as I serve healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and health technicians, who often rely on computer equipment to save lives.I perform hardware installation, maintenance, and replacement for devices like desktops, notebooks, tablets, and others. I contact suppliers to activate warranties for purchased equipment and verify specifications for new computer acquisitions for the Municipal Health Department.I provide face-to-face and remote IT support to high-priority VIP users, including directors, secretaries, and the mayor. I offer personal care at approximately sixty health units throughout the city, often requiring on-site support.I am capable of assembling network infrastructure, including racks, switches, and structured cabling.
