 Workflow Management by Assigning records, Scrutinizing, Authorizing & Error Rectification. Preparing Team MIS, SOD and EOD report sharing the same with the Team and Senior Managers. Updating learning tracker with new updates provided by the Compliance and Policy Team. Conducting Team calibration to provide Latest Regulatory changes and full fill knowledge gap. As per Global KYC procedure performs Due Diligence on Corporate, NBFIs, Banks (FCB), Funds, NPI, NFP or Trust, MSB/Payment Intermediary and Government clients. We do end to end KYC on Citi clients who are using Citi Products and Services. Playing a role of quality checker responsible for Client on boarding, Periodic review/Renewal and Remediation process for APAC region (Philippines, Singapore, India and Australia & New Zealand). Compiling and verifying client CIP information, LOB, Business Location, Financial History, Sanctioned/High Risk Countries, Senior Manager, Directors, Ownerships, UBO/ PEP / SPF and AML and sanction screening Adverse/Negative news etc. Verify the client details from Company Registry, Government website, Regulatory website, Client website, Audited Financial Statements/Annual report and other third party approved sources like (D&B, Factiva, LexisNexis, Banker Almanac, Bloomberg etc.) Perform screening on all related parties to identify PEP/SPF, sanctioned, Adverse Information on individuals and entities and mitigate risks associated with financial crimes. Taking required approval for all Positive matches. Handing Internal Audit & other Compliance findings and provide appropriate plan of action.
