Management Experience • Managed multiple subcontractors and tracked production for collections system installation. • Created cost to completion spreadsheet to account for 5 million dollar collection system budget. • Collaborated with trade superintendent to continually assess impacts to project schedule and ensure milestone dates would be met. • Fostered a culture of safety through observation and informal conversations with crews in the field. • Tracked production for all tasks required to complete installation of power collection system. • Collection system quality lead - trained subcontractor to adhere to standards of project owner and company best practices when filling out quality documentation. Field Experience • Acquired firsthand experience of electrical trade tasks, electrical testing, and civil trade tasks to build an understanding of the construction process.

While interning for Blattner Energy I had the opportunity to learn about the daily operations of construction management on two different wind farms.I learned about the numerous tasks required to * manage personnel* oversee deliveries to the job site* prepare for the start of specific construction operations

My responsibilities included keeping my designated area clean and assisting customers.I learned how to work well with my team members to accomplish tasks quickly.

My tasks revolved around assisting the photographer in any way she needed. They included but were not limited to retrieving equipment, running to the store, assisting customers, file-keeping, and printing photos.

I was responsible first and foremost for the satisfaction of our customers. I would greet customers as they came in and make sure that all of their questions and concerns were addressed. I was also responsible for ensuring that the other employee working with me stayed on task. I had to keep the store clean and organized, keep the toppings bar stocked, and close the store at night.

I was responsible for different office tasks that varied daily. Additionally, I would answer the phone and interact with patrons and other persons calling with questions. Outside of the office, I worked the box office, addressed the concerns of customers, and was responsible for advertising for shows.
