Promote, support, and expand member engagement, products, and services, with a primary focus on family entertainment centers (FECs) - the largest facility member constituency. Serve as primary IAAPA contact for FEC owners and operators. Coordinate and execute member services including multi-day conferences, in-person and digital education programs, and networking events. Serve as liaison for global volunteer committees and advocate member needs to association leadership. Manage and grow programs with affinity partners and external organizations, including national association partners, to increase membership, sponsorship levels, and event participation with IAAPA.

Planned and executed the inaugural Hilarity For Charity fundraiser through a partnership with the University of Central Florida. Managed 46 fellow Event Management students to design and complete a fundraiser for the Pace Center for Girls. Assisted in relocation of the school, as well as continually assisting on other fundraising events. Substitute for multiple subjects and program assistance situations. Agency maintained a minimum of 100 models at a time and scouted between 5 and 10 new models a week.
