As an Account Support Manager I was responsible for developing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with assigned customers and leading the account delivery team for each account.Duties: * Managed the delivery of contracted, proactive support services and acted as the interface between customers and all relevant divisions.* Provided consultative advice and shared operational best practices. These conversations allowed me to better understand the customers’ specific needs and led to cross-sell opportunities.* Organised and led a small project team to re-engage customers with dormant accounts; this resulted in accounts becoming active again, supporting growth and improving the overall service experienced. * Presented monthly review meetings to key stakeholders comparing actual service level to the Service Level Agreement.* Supported customers during problem/escalation management issues, efficient communication during these situations was fundamental.Wider Roles:* Member of the UK&I Global Support Delivery Community; whereby I provided organisational support for the annual kick-off event. * Part of the graduate committee – my role was to organise training sessions for graduates across the UK&I.

My role includes supporting the University's open days by contributing to plan and organise the itinerary. My main role is to increase new student's awareness, insight and knowledge in STEM careers available, boosting their motivation. During my internship I supported the Pre-Sales team by confidently presenting and demonstrating the latest PC and Print products and services to both external customers and internal employees. Duties:* Managed and coordinated the headquarter PC and Print demonstration rooms efficiently, whilst making sure products were current and utilisation remained at a consistent, high level. * Took the initiative to create, plan and run new product launch events within HP. To ensure success, I produced a Gantt chart to make sure deadlines were met. Along with liaising with the marketing and category departments, to offer promotional discounts and make sure an adequate amount of products were available. These events contributed to sales as well as increasing employee awareness.* Improved the current loan process for the equipment within the demonstration rooms; this enabled an increase in efficiency in products orders. Wider Roles: * Part of the intern committee – my role was to organise and plan social events and the intern leaving ball.

Using problem solving skills and applying my own initiative when faced with emergencies, evaluating all risks involved in each case. Working in a team-based environment where efficient communication and effective co-ordination skills were vital. Responsible for being alert at all times and writing clear, concise and factual reports about incidents.
