The ERP Plan to Make Global Process Owner will lead and drive the overall ERP Plan to make business transformation by designing standard operating procedures and process implementation that enable the plants to be ready to operate according to the forecasted production plan. Lead the Plan to Make Global Process group, which will trigger and enable the business transformation for the GAF organization, while partnering virtually with all businesses and functions. Direct the project team and drive consistency and quality of project outcomes while ensuring projects for the Global Process (Plan to Make) are finalized on time and on budget. Work directly with the business and leadership to define project outcomes, develop business cases and KPIs, and drive decision making. Lead the transformation as well as the implementation team. Coordinate the project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for the SAP implementation projects, while ensuring the ERP program delivers on the business objectives as agreed within the project charter.

Evaluate and solicit effective inbound/outbound carrier base and warehouse storage needs - negotiate pricing based on detailed analysis, standard industry practices, sustainability and business needs. Monitor and analyze results for warehouse improvement goals and identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives. Lead team in exceeding safety goals through training, operating plans and instilling a culture of safety.
