The ERP Plan to Make Global Process Owner will lead and drive the overall ERP Plan to make business transformation by designing standard operating procedures and process implementation that enable the plants to be ready to operate according to the forecasted production plan. Lead the Plan to Make Global Process group, which will trigger and enable the business transformation for the GAF organization, while partnering virtually with all businesses and functions. Direct the project team and drive consistency and quality of project outcomes while ensuring projects for the Global Process (Plan to Make) are finalized on time and on budget. Work directly with the business and leadership to define project outcomes, develop business cases and KPIs, and drive decision making. Lead the transformation as well as the implementation team. Coordinate the project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for the SAP implementation projects, while ensuring the ERP program delivers on the business objectives as agreed within the project charter.

Effectively manage Supply Chain resources to exceed service, volume and revenue goals. Evaluate and solicit effective inbound/outbound carrier base and warehouse storage needs - negotiate pricing based on detailed analysis, standard industry practices, sustainability and business needs. Work closely with Sales teams to determine current industry trends and establish resources to meet customer needs. Strategic Sourcing. Drive down Supply Chain related costs through effective leadership and management. Ensure quality standards are met on inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods. Oversee Facility Management including planning and management of a wide range of hard and soft services. Manage relationships with key partners: both suppliers and customers, negotiating cost and service for purchasing and transportation services, leases and agreements. Identify new technologies for warehousing inefficiencies and work with vendors to implement value added solutions. Develop local Supply Chain Strategy and ensure goals align with corporate targets. Monitor and analyze results for warehouse improvement goals and identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives. Lead team in exceeding safety goals through training, operating plans and instilling a culture of safety.
