- Communicate with 5 costumers per hour to manage their homeowner's insurance invoices- Operate office equipment for various tasks such as faxing, scanning, copying and printing- Answer telephones in a professional manner to assist customers, coworkers, and other branches to solve problems and answer questions

- Serving over 50+ customers within a fast pace restaurant- Training new employees on serving within the 1-week training process- Responsible for opening restaurant and keep tracking of $1,000 in petty cash, as well as $100 dollars in cash drawer each morning
