This internship consisted of me working as a Projects Co-op. Some of my bigger projects consisted of; a Pressure survey over the refinery's fuel gas lines, creating a refinery wide water balance for corporate and local use, updating daily a fuel gas performance monitoring spreadsheet and modeling a steam generator in HYSYS in order to predict the optimum operating conditions.

Anacortes, Wa

Worked on a number of projects that increased my technical knowledge of Chemical Engineering; hydraulic calculations, modeling in Hysys and conducting test runs. I also had the opportunity to develop softer skills such as technical writing and presenting to different leadership teams.

The internship included an introduction into practical Civil engineering, document updating, putting together site information for prospective clients and documenting current infrastructure for future projects.
