Social Media Manager
• Develop and implement strategic plan to grow QTS’ social media audience for key demographics. • Strengthen the QTS brand and engage our community on social media by producing creative and compelling content across various platforms.• Manage the day-to-day execution of social media messaging • Work closely with other marketing organization to ensure tight integration of all social media programs, initiatives and creative assets• Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships and social media programs that are targeted toward key customer segments and producing leads and ROI.• Manage all paid social media campaigns across all platforms • Manage monthly Social Media Calendars organically and paid advertising.• Write and edit all social media copy and messaging.• Edit and adjust social graphics as needed in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.• Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and implement improvements as necessary• Create and present monthly social media reporting to reflect growth and identify key analytics.• Train and educate sales, senior management on social media platforms as well as their personal brand• Identify, interpret and execute on social media trends • Monitor, listen and engage with online community and act on QTS’ behalf • Manage and monitor messaging and handling of crisis situations.• Maintain department budget including reforecasting for the marketing and sales operations departments• Manage all department invoicing and ensures all invoicing, purchase requisitions and reporting are in accordance with QTS procedures, are handled in a timely fashion, and support proper department and company fiduciary responsibilities• Manage marketing Dept Procurement card including all expense reports and department purchases.• Reporting regularly to head of marketing and finance department on fiscal status
