In my role in talent management, specializing in talent acquisitions, I worked on projects like creating training for hiring managers on the importance of the recruiting process. This included how to source candidates, evaluate resumes, identify AI-generated content, understand the dos and don'ts of interviews, interpret body language, close out interviews, and follow up with candidates. I also handled recruiting through Indeed, sourcing, and phone screening candidates for open requisitions.

As a recruiter intern, I was in charge of recruiting and hiring six summer interns for different positions. I sourced candidates on Indeed, conducted phone screens, and worked closely with hiring managers to determine the best fit for each position.
