I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) located in NYC. I am the owner of AK Psychotherapy, a virtual private practice where I am currently accepting new clients in New York, New Jersey (NJ), Washington DC, & Maryland (MD). Though I always emphasize the importance of a relational therapeutic framework. I often integrate a holistic focus, supporting the mind-body connection and utilize practices like mindfulness skills, self-compassion development, creativity, somatic strategies, and guided meditations.
