Research shows that joy is the hardest human emotion to truly experience. Challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, interpersonal crisis, relationships or many other things, hold us back from fully experiencing these moments of joy in life. Whenever clients are at in their journey, my goal as a clinical mental health therapist is to partner with clients to better understand their present circumstances, create meaningful goals and continue to provide support and hope to them along the way. My strength is approaching therapy through a holistic approach (mind, body and soul). Allowing clients to explore how their thoughts and behaviors may be interfering with positive actions.
