Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Cisco Middle East and Africa. A key area of focus under my leadership is the development and execution of technical strategies for digital transformation for the Middle East and Africa region. Drives technology strategy and innovation, through working closely with Government Agencies, Enterprise Customers, Private Sector and Partners across the region. My focus is on developing Business and Technology Architectures to deliver on government priorities, drive innovation, and partners to accelerate country digitization. Partnering with our ecosystems and channel partner is fundamental pillar to driving digital transformation across the region. I lead a great and talented team of engineers and innovators in Middle East on Africa, who focus on partnering with our great customers and working very closely with them to achieve business outcomes.

As a technical leader, I worked with variety of customers and team. The main focus was on the incumbent SP in Saudi Arabia. I built very strong relationship at all level from managers to senior executives in the account. I focus on customer success through mapping the right product, technology, solution, and architecture that will solve the customer challenges and achieve the maximum success. I have been very successful in delivering the right messages to the right level and speak the most relevant language.
