At Alfanar, as the current Health Safety Environment Engineer, my role encompasses leading the HSE initiatives for the Medium Voltage switchgear factory in Riyadh. We're focused on driving safety & Sustainability excellence and compliance, building upon my extensive experience in handling Safety, Environment & Sustainability legal requirements and leading accident investigations across a significant network of manufacturing units.My Prior experience involves being the HSE cluster Leader (senior Manager) for Schneider Electric in India. I handled the end to end HSE aspects of a cluster of 7 factories and one mother hub warehouse, employing more than 2500 employees, leading a team of more than 11 direct reportees.With qualifications in Industrial Safety Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering, my approach is rooted in technical knowledge and strategic application. At Schneider Electric, our team successfully integrated six L&T factories, enhancing EHS standards. My expertise in Enablon, emergency response, and EHS management systems is pivotal in advancing workplace safety and operational sustainability.
