Software Engineer
Current• Working as a software engineer in AWS connectivity team where we develop AWS connectors such as Amazon S3, Redshift, Athena for various Data Integration modes such as Cloud Data Integration/CDI-E (Elastic) ,Pushdown Optimisation(PDO), File Mass Ingestion.• Develop and maintain connectors on various Informatica platforms such as IICS i.e Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, On Premise - Powercenter, Developer’s Client BDM• Working on EBFs(Emergency Bug Fixes), EFRs(Emergency Feature Requests), RDCVs(Research and Development Connector Vulnerabilities)• Code Reviews for peers as well as juniors.• Provide clarification to customer’s queries related to RnD via Engineering Reviews(ERs).• Enhancing the PDO functionality for Redshift Connector which increases the performance by 1.5x as compared to DI mode.• Enhancing the stability of the existing code.• Providing effective Design/Documentation to the new features.
