1- Achieve Individual target in terms of both value and volume.2- Monitors quality check of documents before deciding disbursement of various lender (IDFC, IIFL,Incred, UGRO, ABFL, etc).3- Additional Operation Work UGRO Lender Offer marking)4- Handling credit operations from files login to disbursement.5- Receive loan agreements and schedule meetings with the customers for completing the agreementsigning formalities.6- Verification of disbursal documents like agreements, Mode of payment and other requireddocuments from the customers as per the lender checklist.7- Analysis of CAM as per company and lender policy.8- Coordination with credit team, operations team, sales team and various outsource agencies forreports such as FCU, CPV, valuation and legal etc.9- Support sales and credit in meeting agreed TAT and Targets.10- Making loan and disbursement of files and ready to dispatch.11- Ensuring accurate and timely release of funds, upcoming and pending disbursements scheduled.12- Daily final check to ensure that all files to be disbursed have been accounted for and timelydisbursed at closing.13- Prepares loan work sheet, credit report, and application copy for each loan.
