With the athlete at the core of our business my efforts drive the growth of private label Team Sports Accessories, Sports Medicine, and Football products by working with Merchandising and Planning to follow the company vision.Stays up to date on competitive products in the space and presents mutually beneficial proposals to the Merchant team. Frequent analyses of product profitability, and provides contingencies to course-correct when necessary. Partners with Legal and Compliance teams to stay knowledgeable of the latest testing and regulations; ensuring all product is properly identified and marked.Communicates with factories and PD counterparts (Product Manager, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Brand Management, Hong Kong Office, Vendors, Transportation, Vendor Relations, and Finance) to execute development process and enhance the Merchandising partnershipAssist with milestone prep – pull adhoc reports, coordinate build of milestone books with Design team, prepare hindsight samples.Complete a competitive analysis/comp shop and present key findings on retail/market trend to PM, and Design in order to influence merchant team.
