Responsible for affordable housing origination, identification, research, underwriting and structuring of new Low Income Housing Tax Credits (“LIHTC”) and other real estate projects.■ Secured funding sources for affordable housing projects including: Federal & State 9% LIHTCs, 4% bonds, Federal & State Historic tax credits, HOME, AHP, PBVs, PBRAs, MBE/WBE, perm/construction mortgage debt and other various state and local grants/loans.■ Other functions included capital planning, operations budgeting, debt restructuring, construction draws, internal LIHTC training, Davis Bacon wage compliance review and subsequent on-time closing of projects within budget that met ownership goals.

Responsible for identification, financial assessment, risk analysis, market research and recommendation of potential affordable housing real estate investment and development opportunities.■ Managed and secured refinancing and/or disposition of multi-family portfolios. ■ Provided long-term investment strategies and business plans for existing real estate portfolios. ■ Recruited for a long-term engagement, along with a small team of specialists, to analyze a multibillion-dollar, real estate financial institution’s process and procedures. Developed and assisted in the establishment of a company-wide document management system, creating electronic reports, manuals, marketing materials, SOP’s, and workflow charts.
