Umoja Partnership is a partnership of many faiths, from different cultures, on two different continents, united in our service to change lives by keeping children in school. We provide services that remove barriers that keep our orphaned and vulnerable from attending school. Our services include: primary school lunch, school uniforms, secondary tuition, post-secondary tuition, girls and boys empowerment programs, counseling, and other supportive measures when needed. Our vision is transforming communities one child at a time. - Refine and follow organization's communication plan.- Create and edit brand-consistent content for use in newsletters, social media, website, and program presentations providing updates to our donors and encouraging new engagement with the project.- Create and/or assist with development of presentations and appeals. - Present to groups on behalf of the organization. - Research potential grant opportunities for the project.- Write and/or edit content for grant submissions.- Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends which affect the organization’s work.- Interact with donors, board members, Kenyan staff, and our beneficiaries,- Assist with event planning and attend all fundraising events.
