Our team supports and interacts with both Flight Centre Canada and Liberty Travel retail agents (200+ agents). Our main focus is providing product and destination recommendations and advice for enquiries where an agent might be lost or need a bit of guidance.We recommend everything from hotel/transfer/tour product, to cruise and escorted touring, depending on the clients’ needs. We will also help to advise on how to build an itinerary, how long to stay in each place, and what to see while there. Apart from this, we also create and facilitate trainings to the front lines and help manage any resources that would be useful in the selling of each destination. We have a great line of communication to the front lines for important updates or developments with products and destinations.
