I was responsible for finances, planning community events, and creating initiatives for my floor. In early March of 2020, I purposed an initiative to start a second food bank for students living on campus.

I worked at Tim Hortons for a second time between May 2018 to August 2019. I was responsible for making beverages, taking orders, upselling, and providing great customer service.

During May to August of 2015, I worked as a Team Member at the Ponoka’s Tim Hortons location. I was responsible for working in the drive thru, serving drinks, restocking the fridges, and providing friendly customer service.

Ponoka General Hospital

I worked in the recreational therapy department within the long-term care unit as a Health Intern for a government funded six weeks long internship program. I worked mostly with patients diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, arthritis, and dementia. During this time, I worked alongside one of my colleagues with aiming to help improve patients with their overall well-being, memory, and motor skills. I helped with organizing and implementing exercises, outings, games, and activities.

I worked in the recreational therapy department within the brain injury unit as a Rehab Support Student for a government funded six weeks long internship program. During this time, I worked alongside my colleagues with helping the patients in refining their motor skills, and memory by implementing exercises, games, and activities. This assisted in helping some of the patients gain the ability to walk again and perform daily tasks.
