She is based in her succesful Dural studio, Spiritual Athletica teaching fitness classes, running seminars/workshops/courses to empower women to align their core beliefs with the life they are living- from the inside out! Amanda is also an accomplished equestrian rider with a background of retraining Off the Track Thoroughbred into Amateur Dressage and Show Jumping mounts. She has a recent interest in Equine Assisted Learning with the foundations of Body Positivity, Confidence and Self Esteem coming from spending time in nature and with horses to ground and reset your Mindset & Self Love.
