Developing and building relationships with healthcare professionals, and assisting in finding them travel or temporary nursing positions. Responsible for all Recruiter duties, while allowing Recruiters to take time off for PTO, leave, etc. Duties including, but not limited to: calling leads, building trust and rapport with nurses and client managers, assisting nurses in job searches, assisting nurses with building profiles and applying to travel positions, contributing to monthly team and office goals, assisting operations staff in helping nurses through compliance, and more. All while maintaining an exceptionally high standard of customer service, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere with a positive and team-first attitude. Educated staff on organizational mission and goals to help employees achieve success. In charge of logistics, booking, and coordinating travel for a team of 10-15 sales reps, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, while working within a budget. Assisted clients through the contract process of a sale. Ensured that all personal information was valid and correct. Performed customer service duties such as answering phones, tracking data in a client CRM, and accepting payment for sales. Tracked company finances and records. Worked closely with the Director of Sales to streamline and improve sales and documentation processes.

Relocated from Nebraska to Texas. Transferred with the company, and again there were no open Management positions. I took another step down back into a sales role Because of my experience, I was an asset to my General Manager and he consulted with me regularly on processes and ensuring the store was running smoothly.

Promoted back to Solutions Manager. During a General Manager's leave, I was asked to move to the highest producing store in our territory to fill in.
