● Apply Chase Default Policies and Procedures or Chase Credit Policies to each loan● Adhere to all Chase Fair Lending Practices● Review all underwriting documentation to ensure the following compliance and Investor requirements● Analyze financial documents and information including, calculation of income and debt ratios, verification of assets, collateral, and credit review● Display excellent customer service● Utilize relevant technical and computer expertise● Efficient communication skills● Achieve work goals for productivity and turn time● Prioritize and manage workflows and deliverables based on business and project● Voice Network Team: Participates in VOICE Network activities, which include test-driving new products, sharing my authentic customer viewpoint on the value and effectiveness of new and existing Chase products, and, at times, sharing my employee perspective. Provide private, confidential, and sensitive survey information per the requests.● UAT Testing for five months: System testing for proper results (Cross Training)● FHA Underwriting (Cross Training)● Underwrite high-priority loans specialized in remediation of modification for MHA, in-house CHAMP, or BAU that was a risk to the company, high balance, imminent default, escalated loans, employee loans and customers with multiple properties or businesses.● Underwrite loans that are Bank Owned, Securitized, FNMA, FHLMCSystems: WP2, HSSN, BKFS, MSP, Data Verify, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc....
