Established in 2019, House Hats is a record label and events production company hosting live events nationwide to showcase our label artists, up-and-coming talent, and headline artists. In 2022, we threw 125 shows in 9 cities. House Hats is a community of creative minds coming together to advance the house movement. Our community connects house music with friends from around the world. We help connect fans with their favorite artists through live shows and introduce new sounds to the growing house music scene. We've elevated the experience of live house music events by cultivating a lively community that we pride ourselves on and we are eager to welcome more creative minds into our collective to help spread our mission and grow our brand.

Campus Ambassadors represent and build Insight Global's brand on campuses across the US and Canada. Campus Ambassadors partner with their Talent Acquisition Specialist by attending career fairs; setting up and attending speaking/networking events; and generating interest in our careers among their peers.

•Identify and evaluate top consultants for client requirements•Develop and maintain a network of candidate prospects using the company’s applicant tracking system•Screen consultants through phone and personal interviews•Negotiate wage rates and contracts with consultants and clients•Prepare and communicate the job offer to selected consultants and contractors•Manage contracts to ensure consultant and client satisfaction

Member of the Event Management Team UF for 1st Gen. Entails working with other team members to plan 2-3 events per semester in Gainesville which includes selecting venues, artists, etc.

The Leadership Development Team is responsible for overseeing and running the Emerging Leaders Program. This team will focus on developing and integrating students with minimal previous Dance Marathon experience into the Dance Marathon community through tangible exposure to Dance Marathon’s various leadership roles. As a part of this Team, Captains will work to cultivate the leadership skills of the newfound members of our Dance Marathon Family. Captains are responsible for not only facilitating and leading their own small group meetings and attending general body meetings, but also tracking, overseeing, and organizing the involvement of the Emerging Leaders in various other Dance Marathon events

Summer 2022 was spent interning for Fillet For Friends, a 501(c)(3) certified non-profit organization. The internship entailed social media marketing, content creation, working with the company’s marketing manager, as well as running the company’s Instagram account for the summer.

Server at White Buffalo and The Range in Gainesville, Florida, part-time. As a Server, I also deal with hospitality, costumer service, marketing, and advertising for the business.

I had to be interviewed and selected in order to participate in something so great. The Emerging Leaders Program aims to cultivate the leadership skills of new members of the Dance Marathon community by providing hands-on activities and education about Dance Marathon at the University of Florida and Children's Miracle Network. The program strives to engage students who have a passion for helping others and who believe in our fight for a future without childhood illness.Members of the Emerging Leaders Program will attend weekly small group meetings and monthly general body meetings. Throughout their small group meetings, Emerging Leaders will focus on: completing diverse projects that uplift and inspire the Dance Marathon community, shadowing various Captain Teams present throughout Dance Marathon, expanding their knowledge and personal fundraising efforts through resources that will allow them to succeed inside and outside of Dance Marathon, and participating in bonding with like minded peers. At general body meetings, Emerging Leaders will have the opportunity to learn more about the goals and efforts of Dance Marathon, hear inspiring stories from our Miracle Families, and gain exposure to prominent speakers from the University of Florida and the Gainesville community.During the Main Event, Emerging Leaders will have the ability to use the skills they’ve learned throughout the year to participate in various leadership opportunities.All in all, the Emerging Leaders Program aspires to provide students wanting to join the Dance Marathon movement with a unique and immersive learning opportunity that allows students to instill positive change within the organization while also learning about the Dance Marathon community as a whole.
