• Applied working mechanical and technical knowledge to perform all phases of technical test data observation and recording in support of various engineering projects across a wide range of military platforms to include the M88A2 HERCULES, Husky Vehicle Mounted Mine Detection System, and the recently fielded Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV). • Reviewed daily equipment component logs to ensure all reportable events are properly identified and contain all necessary information to write detailed Test Incident Reports (TIR).• Reviewed TIRs for grammatical and spelling errors, detailed chronological data accuracy, parts information, and failure definition and scoring criteria in accordance with the ATEC writing style guide, and DA Pam 73-1.• Tracked TIR progress from inception, through the review process, and to posting in the VISION Digital Library System, ensuring an on-time release average of 90% or higher.• Mentored and trained other personnel to perform data collection duties. This included providing in depth reviews in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, or Power Point formats.

• Collected field data consisting of maintaining accurate and detailed record of all test item operations and maintenance in both extreme hot and cold weather conditions, ranging from 40-70 hours a week. This data included the use of standardized but varied military technical manuals.• Documented chronological, detailed, and accurate maintenance actions on prototype military vehicles without published technical manuals.• Created operator-level loading/unloading procedures for test usage on the Modular Catastrophic Recovery System (MCRS) due to discrepancies in the draft COTS 6B manual.• Maintained inventory and data collection on over 1600, 60mm mortars over a 12-month test effort through all phases of testing to include receiving and packaging, environmental testing, x-rays, and firing.• Assisted Test Engineers as needed performing various tasks such as inventory, photographs, and reviewing test plans and firing matrices.• Supported numerous munitions and weapons projects to include radar and mortar systems, and field artillery. These test efforts led to various improvements, changes, or fielding of new equipment, such as the M119A3 Howitzer.
