Additionally, this integrated management project implements biodegradable benthic mats that are vegetated with native macrophytes to encourage EWM suppression, as well as an increase in aquatic plant biodiversity. Collection and recording of field and lab data for long-term monitoring of EWM in Big Cedar Lake. Preparing funding proposals, project information and completing formal progress reports for the Big Cedar Lake Stewardship Association.
