Very motivated Marketing Assistant.Working at Trillium Creek Dermatology has given me unbelievable growth. I was hired to do mostly administrative work, but have since been given the opportunity to be creative as well. I create our social media posts, manage our social schedule, design some of our flyers, and help record our videos. Most recently I have taken over the editing of these videos.On the administrative side, I keep our employee directory up to date, send packets to future providers, update our phone lists, proof marketing materials, switch out marketing material at all four locations, manage our bulletin boards, and print marketing material to keep stocked at all locations, among whatever else comes my way. I am part of our EEC (Employee Engagement Committee) and help to plan out employee events. I also carry the title of "Printer Queen", since I can troubleshoot most of our Sharp printer errors. I also help head the Basketball Fundraiser that Trillium Creek Dermatology sponsors yearly. I strive with multitasking and tight deadlines and enjoy the group of people that I work with. The most recent was as a Human Resources Administrator. I was responsible for posting jobs, entering new hire paperwork, maintaining records, assisting with company events, as well as supporting multiple different departments as needed. Prior to that position, I was a sample coordinator. In this position, I would check to make sure that samples were properly being made by factories in China. I made great connections in this department and was able to mold the job into something more streamlined. And finally, my starting position here was in the warehouse. I would pick orders per the RF unit to be shipped to stores and customers. I am a great problem solver and will strive to go above and beyond in everything that I do. “I can’t” and “I don’t know” are words I don’t like to use.
