I'm a music publicist with 30 years + experience across print and online. I've worked at major labels - RCA and Island as their Head Of Press - and with award winning Independents RMP and Sainted. Over the years I've worked with a huge amount of global acts - two world tours with U2 as their tour publicist - Blur, Smashing Pumpkins, Travis, PJ Harvey to name a few. I currently run my own PR company Freeman PR established in 2007 with my partner Sam Hinde and a roster that includes director / composer Sally Potter, Ladytron, Annie and London Records back catalogue - Communards / Danni Minogue / Shakespears Sister etc. Our forte is creating strong, engaging narratives teamed with a strategic approach and realistic goals. Our motto is "quality over quantity" and ensuring the coverage secured benefits the artist concerned. Recent projects have included Paul Saunderson - soundtrack composer of BBC's Earth and Netflix Three Identical Strangers and Box Of Sin for the recently relaunched Disco Discharge label.
