I took samples from ABA deficient mutants and ZDS knockouts at different times in the plants'​ development and measured a variety of carotenoids to see if a blockage in the carotenoid synthesis pathway would cause an increased amount of carotenoids in the pathway before that blockage. Results supported our hypothesis and I presented the findings at BTI's annual student symposium in the form of a powerpoint presentation.
