As the Assistant Customer Service Manager, I have Increased sales margins every year by developing and implementing successful systems to handle (2) 10 million dollar departments. I manage the customer service agreement (CSA) and service warranty departments. I ensure accurate processing and maintenance including quoting, entering, changing and reviewing of all agreements. As volume increases, I work with the CSA and warranty team to develop efficient ways to cleanly process all agreements and claims in order to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
